The parties that set these third-party cookies can recognize Acquirer’s computer both when it visits the website and/or FDM-Platform in question and also when Acquirer visits certain other websites. The company use the first party and third – party cookies for reasons described above. It is important to clarify that cookies do not collect any personal data stored on Acquirer’s hard drive or computer.

Consent to use Cookies

Acquirer gives her/his consent for the processing of cookies and accepts this Cookies Policy in the following ways:

  • in case of Cookie Identifiers – by clicking “I accept” button on the cookies pop-up window;
  • in case of other cookies (i.e. which are not able to identify Acquirer) – simply by using the Company’s website and/or FDM-Platform.
  • By having accepted this Policy, Acquirer has provided Company with Acquirer’s freely given, express and specific indication of Acquirer’s informed and clearly expressed consent to having Acquirer’s cookies collected and processed by Company and Company’s third party as described in this Cookies Policy.

    How long will the cookies remain?

    The single-session cookie is a temporary cookie which remains in the cookie file of Acquirer’s browser until Acquirer closes the browser. The other cookies will remain in the cookie file of Acquirer’s browser after the closing of the browser and will become active again when Acquirer reopen the website and/or FDM-Platform. These cookies have different expiration dates. Following the expiry of a cookie, a new version of that cookie will be downloaded when Acquirer next visits the website and/or FDM-Platform unless Acquirer has withdrawn his/her consent in the meantime.

    Period of processing

    Company shall store Company’s Cookie Identifiers for no longer than it is needed for the processing, i.e. unless Acquire withdraw his/her consent to Company’s processing by the section “Consent to use cookies” above.

    How do I turn cookies off?

    Acquirer does not have to accept cookies, but if Acquire opt to turn off or delete cookies generated via the Company’s website and/or FDM-Platform, website and/or FDM-Platform may not perform as it has been designed to, possibly reducing the functionality on Company’s website and/or FDM-Platform, the options available to Acquirer, as well as the performance of Company’s website and/or FDM-Platform during Acquirer’s visit. All modern browsers allow Acquirer to change Acquirer’s cookie settings. These settings will typically be found in the ‘options’ or ‘preferences’ menu of Acquirer’s browser.

    If Acquirer does not agree to certain uses of Cookies detailed above, Acquirer can exercise certain choices through Acquirer’s browser settings or by not using the Company website and/or FDM-Platform. If Acquirer chooses to reject cookies via Acquirer’s browser settings, Acquirer may still use the Company website and/or FDM-Platform through Acquirer’s access to but some functionality and areas may be restricted.
